No monthly fee. Pay when you get paid.

Livery has one price: a flat processing rate on successful payments. No subscription, no tiers, no per-seat math — the rates below are the whole story.

Card payments

Rather not eat the card fee? Surcharge it.

Livery supports card surcharging: flip it on in Settings and the card processing fee is added to your customer's total at checkout, itemized on their receipt. Customers who'd rather skip it can pay by ACH — bank debits are never surcharged.

Surcharging is regulated: some U.S. states restrict it, and the card networks cap it at the cost of processing. It's your responsibility to enable it only where your business is allowed to — if you're not sure, ask your accountant before turning it on.

Your money lands with you.

Payments settle to the business bank account you connect during setup — card payments as soon as the next business day. Payouts are automatic; there's no balance to sweep and no payout fee. Every deposit reconciles against its payments in the dashboard, and in QuickBooks if you've connected it.

Fair questions.

Is there really no monthly fee?

Really. There is no subscription, no setup fee, no per-user charge, and no minimum volume. Livery only earns when a customer pays you — the processing fee on that payment is the entire price.

When does the money reach my bank?

Card payments become eligible for payout about one business day after the charge and are deposited to the bank account you connect during setup. ACH debits take a few business days to clear the banking system before they pay out.

What do failed or declined payments cost?

Nothing. You are only charged the processing fee on successful payments.

Can I pass the card fee to my customer?

Yes — Livery supports card surcharging. Turn it on in Settings and the card fee is added to the customer's total at checkout. Surcharging applies to card payments only (never ACH), and it's your responsibility to use it only where your local laws and the card networks allow.

What does a refund cost?

Issuing a refund has no separate Livery fee. Refund a payment in full or in part from the dashboard and the record — and your reporting — updates in place.

Are there any hidden fees for the API or QuickBooks sync?

No. Every feature — the API, QuickBooks sync, the customer portal, recurring billing — is included at the same processing rates, at any volume.

Simple enough? That's the point.
